2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

We may request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued identity document. nae88 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Account Management

3.1 Registration & Login

The security of the username and password you set when opening an account on nae88 is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your account credentials with anyone. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

3.2 Account Suspension or Closure

nae88 may temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

3.3 Closing Your Account

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

nae88 currently supports the following mobile payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500 (five hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka).

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals on nae88 are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, in special cases the verification process may require additional time.

4.4 Legitimacy of Funds

You confirm that funds deposited into your account are your own and come from a lawful source. Depositing funds from illegal sources is strictly prohibited. nae88 strictly follows anti-money laundering policies.

4.5 Errors in Deposits & Withdrawals

If you notice an error or irregularity in any transaction, please inform our support team within 24 hours. nae88 will not be liable for any such claim if reported late.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players on nae88 receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳18,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x, applied only to the bonus amount (not to the deposit plus bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of bonus offers is strictly prohibited. The following activities will be treated as bonus abuse:

  • Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts
  • Taking bonuses using accounts belonging to other family members
  • Attempting to meet bonus conditions through hedging or arbitrage strategies
  • Placing bets using automated bots or software

If bonus abuse is proven, nae88 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and any associated winnings.

5.4 Promotional Offer Validity

Each promotional offer has a specific validity period and conditions stated in the offer details. Bonus claims will not be accepted after the offer has expired.

6 VIP Program

nae88's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Players can advance to higher tiers through regular play.

  • Bronze tier: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
  • Silver tier: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
  • Gold tier: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

VIP benefits may change at any time at nae88's discretion. Cashback is credited to the account automatically and may be subject to separate wagering requirements, which will be stated in the relevant offer.

7 Gaming & Betting Rules

7.1 General Gaming Rules

All games available on nae88 are operated in a fair and transparent manner. The outcome of any game is determined by the respective game provider's own system (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, etc.).

7.2 Betting Limits

7.3 Technical Errors

If a game ends abnormally due to a system failure or technical error, that round may be declared void and the bet amount may be refunded. In such cases, nae88's decision is final.

Odds are set entirely at nae88's discretion and may change at any time. If an event is cancelled, the bet amount for that event will be refunded.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nae88 platform:

  • Any attempt at fraud or deception
  • Account hacking or attempts at unauthorized access
  • Exploiting bugs or errors in the platform's system ("bug exploitation")
  • Conducting abnormal gaming activity using automated bots or software
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing
  • Collusion or conspiring with other players to gain an unfair advantage
  • Registering using a false identity
